Unlock Your Healthiest Self
Evidence-Based Lifestyle Medicine & Nutrition is the most powerful tool we have to prevent, treat and even reverse chronic diseases. Individual experts in different specialities across the world have been applying Evidence-Based Lifestyle Medicine & Nutrition successfully to reverse diseases which are often thought to be irreversible, because pharmaceuticals in isolation have not resulted in successful treatment, or unpreventable because of the strong belief that they are mainly driven by genetic causes.
Diseases such as; Diabetes, Heart Disease, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Digestive Disorders: Crohn's, Ulcerative Colitis & IBS, Infertility & Endometriosis, Anxiety & Depression, Chronic Pain & Headaches.
Only a very small minority of the population has access to these experts and we believe that everyone has the right to know about these cost-effective but powerful treatments so no one has to suffer just because their health care provider doesn't offer this service.
Dr Linda & Dr Erica set out to inspire and empower everyone to enjoy good health by sharing fad-free information to bust myths and combat misinformation by bringing experts to the table, to create life-changing conversations in a friendly and accessible way, over a hot cup of tea!
Every month a new topic will be covered. Each week they will deep dive into one of the 6 pillars of Evidence-Based Lifestyle Medicine, Nutrition, the social & ecological determinants of health, and look at the role of the microbiome and how it can be applied successfully to achieve health for both humans and the planet.
Every Sunday at 5 pm you can meet us and our featured expert guest speaker for a lovely chat on Zoom over a cup of tea.
You can find the Topic Calendar for 2021 here.
If you are a qualified health care professional and you would like to be featured as a guest speaker, please get in touch with us here.
